Nicole Holmes serves as the Human Resources Manager for Total Technology Solutions, LLC She is a well-rounded businesswoman with significant accomplishments within the real estate industry and the federal government. Nicole brings a unique combination of business acumen to TTS, including HR, marketing & advertising, and a broad spectrum of administrative capabilities. She directs full HR infrastructures including Policy & Procedure Development, Onboarding/Offboarding, Employee Retention & Relation Programs, Performance Management, and Diversity & Inclusion. Nicole also oversees TTS’s areas of Recruitment and Office Management, as well as provides extensive support to the areas of Organizational Development, Succession Planning, Payroll, and Benefits Administration. Nicole graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Longwood College.
